We offer customized virtual & in person support and coaching

  • We specialize in behavior support for schools and organizations, offering observation, consultation, coaching, and training services. Beyond providing recommendations and evidence-based supports, our approach focuses on shifting mindsets regarding disability. We help staff build capacity and adaptive expertise in creating neurodiversity-affirming environments. Approaching behavior with a neural lens, we work alongside staff to ensure just-right levels of structure and supports are in place.

  • We consult with schools and organizations on topics such as: academic engagement, social emotional learning, safety plans, behavior plans, reducing restraint and isolation, student-centered program development, structured programs, meaningful re-engagement after exclusion, and more.

  • We support and coach school teams in collecting, analyzing and using data in meaningful and neurodiversity-affirming ways to support the development of FBAs, BIPs and IEPs that honor the dignity of each student. When collaborating with teams to create effective plans, our approach centers the internal experience of the student and current understandings of educational neuroscience.

  • While your school, district, or organization may share the same goal as families- to help children succeed- the approaches to meet that goal may differ. Because of this, Family Advisory Groups have the potential to become confrontational if not purposefully structured. We offer support on how best to plan for Family Advisory Groups to ensure all parties feel heard, respected, and valued as team members.
